O.R. Communications was started by Orlando Rodriguez in 1979, started with placing and splicing aerial and buried telephone and TV cable.

Today O.R. Communications specializes in all phases of ISP and OSP Distribution and backbone installations which includes the excavation of conduit systems, duct banks, excavation of splice pits , CAT 5 / Fiber Data-Telecom Specialists, Fire Alarms and special circuits. The company is staffed with professional communications personnel with 24 years experience.
